Pada petang Rabu 4hb Ogos. 2010, seramai kira-kira 20 orang murid dan 5 orang guru pengawas menghadiri undangan hari terbuka sempena penubuhan 20 tahun Mahad Islam Brunei. Terdapat berbagai-bagai gerai jualan serta aktiviti-aktiviti yang menarik terdapat disana seperti flying fox, menunggang kuda, permainan bouncer, permain ATV motor dan berbagai lagi.
Pihak Sekolah ingin merakam kan penghargaan dan ucapan ribuan terima kasih kepada Pengetua Mahad Islam Brunei kerana mengundang warga Sekolah Ugama DPS Ukong ke Hari terbuka sempena penubuhan 20 Tahun Mahad Islam Brunei.
